Hello! My name is Traci. I have over 10 years of experience in medical billing and coding, and for the past five years I’ve had the privilege of serving as Billing Director and Office Manager for a large behavioral health group practice. In this role, I’ve not only managed billing operations and supported staff but also worked to create a smooth and positive experience for both providers and clients.
Along the way, I’ve developed strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of healthcare billing procedures.
I’m also continuing my education, pursuing a degree in Human Services with a focus on substance abuse. My goal is to expand my knowledge so I can better support individuals and communities facing substance-related challenges. I care deeply about personal growth and about using my skills to make a meaningful, positive difference in people’s lives!
Family is the center of my world! I’m happily married and the proud mom of three wonderful children—my son and my twin daughters. I treasure the moments we share, whether it’s enjoying an outing together, gathering around the table for a meal, or simply spending quiet time at home. In my free time, I love to read and find peace and renewal at the beach, one of my favorite places to recharge!
