Hi, I’m Stephanie! I’m based in Wilmington, NC, and bring over a decade of combined experience in executive support and healthcare practice operations, insurance billing, and credentialing. I handle everything from verifying benefits and submitting claims to generating superbills, resolving denials, maintaining accurate financial reports, as well as many other administrative duties.
I’ve also led full-scale migrations between EHR and clearinghouse systems to streamline billing workflows and improve practice efficiency. I’m looking forward to the opportunity of supporting you and your practice!
When I’m not working, you’ll find me enjoying the outdoors — kayaking in the intracoastal waterways of North Carolina, riding horses, hiking, spending time with my family and friends, and training my rescued German Shepherd puppy, Kai.
