Hello! My name is Sarah, and I am one of Therapy Practice Solution’s dedicated virtual assistants. I have nearly nine years of experience in the medical administration field, supporting a variety of healthcare specialties including neurology, cardiology, medical assisting, and mental health practices. Throughout my career, I have developed extensive experience with insurance verification, prior authorizations, administrative support, and patient care coordination. I have also completed Billing 101 for Mental Health Professionals through Mastering Insurance, which strengthened my understanding of mental health billing and insurance processes.
I am passionate about helping practices operate efficiently so providers can focus on delivering exceptional care. What I enjoy most about this work is knowing that I play an important role behind the scenes in helping people access the services they need. Supporting therapists and the meaningful work they do is incredibly rewarding, and I take pride in being a dependable resource for both providers and their clients.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to two energetic toddlers who keep life exciting and full of adventure. When I’m not chasing after little ones, I enjoy spending time with my family, taking walks outdoors, and exploring all things natural living and wellness. I love creating a cozy, intentional home and have a passion for organization, Montessori-inspired spaces, and finding practical ways to simplify everyday life. You’ll often find me listening to podcasts about motherhood, parenting, and mental health, or enjoying a quiet moment with a warm cup of tea whenever I get the chance.
