Hello everyone, my name is Sadi Freeman .I live in a small town in Oklahoma and am a proud wife and mother of four amazing children. Joining Therapy Practice Solutions as a Virtual Assistant has been one of the most rewarding and exciting decisions I’ve made, allowing me to combine my passion for helping others with the flexibility to support my family.
I bring over 10 years of experience in administrative support, with a strong background in medical administration. Throughout my career, I have handled a variety of responsibilities, including insurance billing, troubleshooting claim issues, insurance eligibility and benefits verification, intake management, processing client copays, and credentialing providers with insurance panels. These experiences have strengthened my skills in organization, multitasking, problem-solving, and client support.
What I love most about my work is the sense of accomplishment it brings each day. I genuinely enjoy partnering with providers, learning about their unique practices, and helping solve the administrative challenges that often take time and energy away from client care. Being able to support therapists behind the scenes so they can focus on helping their clients is incredibly meaningful to me.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, coaching my daughters’ sports teams, reading a great book, watching a favorite Netflix series, or dreaming about my next travel adventure. I love staying active, taking walks with my girls, and catching up with my big sister whenever I can. One of my favorite things is taking in a beautiful mountain view with a good cup of coffee in hand. Fun fact: I come from a big family with 10 brothers and sisters, so life has always been full of energy, laughter, and plenty of memories!
