Hi, I’m Phoebe Lannon, and I’m passionate about supporting healthcare providers and their practices behind the scenes. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a Medical Billing Certification, along with 10 years of experience working in healthcare.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles, including Medical Receptionist, Medical Coder, Medical Assistant, and Practice Manager.
These experiences have given me a well-rounded understanding of healthcare administration and the many moving pieces that go into running a successful practice. I’m comfortable with everything from front-office operations and patient communication to medical billing, coding, and practice management.
What I love most about working in healthcare is knowing that the work I do helps make a difference in patients’ lives. I believe doctors and patients should always feel like they have a supportive team behind them throughout every step of their healing journey, and I’m proud to be a part of that support system.
I’m originally from Long Island, New York, and now call Wilmington, North Carolina, home. When I’m not working, you can usually find me playing pickleball or golf, trying out a new recipe in the kitchen, or cheering on the New York Islanders. I’m excited to bring my experience and passion for healthcare to the practices I support!
