Olivia Case

Throughout my time as a Virtual Assistant, I have gained experience in intake management, in-network and out-of-network billing, social media support, and practice organization. One of my favorite aspects of this work is creating efficient processes and systems that help reduce stress for providers and allow their practices to operate more effectively. I enjoy finding ways to streamline workflows and keep things running smoothly so therapists can focus on providing excellent care to their clients.

What I enjoy most about my role is serving as a welcoming point of contact for clients. Reaching out to a therapist can feel intimidating, and I love being a friendly, supportive voice that helps make the process feel more comfortable and approachable. Knowing that I can help reduce barriers to care and create a positive first impression is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.

I live in the beautiful mountains of Upstate South Carolina with my husband and our two cats, Melbourne and Miso. I grew up overseas and have had the opportunity to interact with people from many different cultures, religions, and backgrounds. Those experiences have given me an open mind, a deep appreciation for diversity, and a genuine love for connecting with others. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring my creative side through art, spending time outdoors with my husband, relaxing in local coffee shops, and making memories with my furry companions.
