Mary Sandberg

Through extensive hands-on experience and on-the-job training, I have developed a deep understanding of insurance processes, full-cycle billing, and healthcare administration. My background includes insurance verification, patient intake, claims submission and follow-up, prior authorizations, provider enrollment, credentialing support, and revenue cycle management. I take pride in my attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to providing high-quality support to the practices I serve.

What I enjoy most about my work is helping providers do what they do best while I manage the behind-the-scenes administrative tasks that keep their practices running efficiently. Billing and credentialing can be time-consuming and overwhelming, and I find it incredibly rewarding to help streamline those processes. Knowing that my work helps providers get paid accurately and on time while ensuring patients can continue accessing care makes this role especially meaningful to me.

Outside of work, my family and I love spending time outdoors, camping, and exploring new places together. At home, I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes, especially when it brings everyone around the table. Life with three boys and three dogs is always busy, but it’s also full of adventure, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
