My experience includes client communication, intake management, scheduling, maintaining client records, and both insurance and self-pay billing. I am naturally organized, detail-oriented, and relationship-focused, which allows me to build strong connections with providers and clients while ensuring important administrative tasks are handled efficiently and accurately.

One of the things I enjoy most about my work is supporting small therapy practices across the country. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that from my small town in Kansas, I can make a meaningful difference for providers and the clients they serve. I also love the flexibility and fulfillment that comes with working from home and being part of a team dedicated to supporting mental health professionals.

My family’s personal experience navigating mental health challenges has given me a deep appreciation for the life-changing impact that quality therapy can have. Through the adoption of three sons from foster care, we learned firsthand the importance of advocacy, support, and access to compassionate mental health care. That experience continues to inspire the work I do today.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my large family, reading, sewing, and creating personalized Christmas ornaments for every member of the family each year. Whether I’m helping a provider, gathering with loved ones, or working on a creative project, I find joy in building connections and supporting the people around me.
