Leighanne O’Neal

Most of my experience has been in mental health private practice settings, where I have managed a wide range of administrative responsibilities, including patient scheduling, insurance verification, billing, credentialing, patient communication, onboarding new providers and staff, and overseeing daily office operations. I also have a passion for improving workflows and supporting both clinical teams and patients to ensure a smooth, positive experience for everyone involved.

What I enjoy most about my work is being the person who keeps everything running behind the scenes. Whether I’m solving problems, streamlining processes, onboarding new team members, or supporting busy providers, I take pride in being a dependable resource and helping practices operate as efficiently as possible. Building strong relationships and finding solutions that make life easier for both providers and patients is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Originally from Chicago, I now call North Carolina home. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our teenage son, and our dog, Bear, who is my constant sidekick. I love playing the drums, traveling, and exploring new places, and I’m always excited to try something new. I’m also a huge Disney fan and never miss an opportunity to add a little Disney magic to everyday life. Whether I’m planning an adventure, making memories with my family, or discovering a new experience, I believe life is best enjoyed with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a sense of fun.
