Hey there! My name is Kelsey Someliana-Lauer. I am located in Wilmington, North Carolina, but my hometown is Las Vegas, Nevada.
I graduated in 2020 from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with my Bachelor’s Degree in Religion and am currently enrolled in North Carolina Central University’s Master’s of Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. I’ve always been a huge nerd and love school!
When I’m not doing schoolwork or VA work, I’m spending time with my husband, Dylan, my Cocker Spaniel, Cooper, or my two bunnies, Tallulah and Tucker. I’m also an avid Dungeons and Dragons player, reader, and roller-skater.
Professionally, I have experience with insurance billing, verification of benefits, credentialing, hiring, social media creation and management, scheduling and onboarding, editing and proofreading, systems creation, and more! My interest as a future counselor is in women’s issues, eating disorders, chronic pain and illness, and self-esteem. I love helping therapists and their clients feel heard and supported.
