Hi, I’m Kayla!
I have over 13 years of experience in the healthcare field, specializing in insurance verification, claims submission, payment posting, and resolving insurance rejections and denials. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with providers in Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Mental Health Therapy, giving me a strong understanding of the billing and revenue cycle process across multiple specialties.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and Management and am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling. One of my favorite parts of my work is helping practices create efficient billing workflows and developing systems that improve organization, streamline processes, and support long-term success.
Originally from Denver, Colorado, I now call Austin, Texas home. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me enjoying the outdoors through camping, hiking, fishing, and road trips. I’m also a big basketball fan and enjoy watching both college and NBA games whenever I can. Most importantly, I love spending time with my two daughters and cheering them on as they compete in their sports.
