Jessica Hender

Over the past 6 years, I have specialized in behavioral health operations, along with 4 years of focused experience in credentialing. My background includes overall practice management, where I have supported credentialing, billing, hiring, and a wide range of administrative functions that keep practices running efficiently and effectively.

What I enjoy most about my work is the full scope of practice management. I thrive in balancing the behind-the-scenes logistics with the human-centered mission of healthcare. I take pride in navigating the complexities of each practice I support and helping create systems that allow providers to focus on what matters most: their clients. While I am not in the therapy room, I value knowing that my work plays an important role in supporting the clinicians who are.

I was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, and have lived all over the Southeast as well as in California. I am now preparing for a move to coastal North Carolina. Outside of work, I am a new mom to twins and enjoy spending time with my family, reading, exercising, traveling, and being outdoors whenever possible. Life is full and busy, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
