Hello, my name is Jennifer Patterson, and I’m one of the Virtual Assistants here at Therapy Practice Solutions. I live near Pinehurst, North Carolina, with my husband of over 30 years, two dogs, and two cats.
I bring more than two decades of dedicated experience in the healthcare industry, from the hands-on work of being an Orthopedic Assistant to managing a private psychotherapy practice.
I have worked in every aspect of a medical office, but I specialize in medical billing, insurance coordination, and following up on claims and payment issues. In my spare time, I love reading and working outside in my garden.
I look forward to working with you and tackling the time-consuming tasks so that you can focus on what is truly important – your clients.
