Hello! My name is Hollie. I am an East Coast native currently living in sunny Southern California with my husband, who is active duty Marine Corps, and our three children. As a family, we love spending time near the water, exploring the West Coast, and enjoying life together. We hope to eventually return to the East Coast, where I also plan to open my own private practice in the future.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Alongside my academic training, I bring five years of experience working in medical and behavioral health administration, with a strong focus on insurance billing and practice support.
My professional background includes experience with insurance billing in both medical and behavioral health settings, prior authorizations for medications, procedures, and psychological testing, scheduling, and back-office practice management. I enjoy working across multiple aspects of a practice and supporting providers in creating systems that are efficient, organized, and sustainable.
What I enjoy most about my work is billing, problem-solving, and helping practices build strong operational foundations. I love working with new providers and teams to streamline processes and develop systems that support long-term growth and allow clinicians to focus on their clients.
Outside of work, I stay busy with my three children and enjoy spending time outdoors whenever possible. I love hiking, kayaking, and exploring new places, and I especially enjoy making the most of our time in North Carolina as a family.
