My experience includes working in and supporting psychotherapy private practices, where I handled insurance verifications, claims submissions, payment posting, and claims follow-up, along with many other aspects of the revenue cycle. I take pride in my ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in managing complex billing processes.

What I love most about my work is helping clients feel organized, supported, and stress-free in their practice operations. I am especially passionate about seeing providers reach their financial goals through strong billing performance and high collection rates. Knowing that my work directly contributes to a practice’s financial health and stability is incredibly rewarding.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 18 years, our 17-year-old daughter, and our dog, Roxy. I love long walks, listening to all kinds of music, dancing, and hosting gatherings with family and friends. Cooking and bringing people together is one of my favorite ways to unwind and connect with the people I care about!
