Hello! My name is Cate Warkentein. I have over five years of experience working in mental health practices, supporting organizations of all sizes, from solo providers to large group practices with up to 25 clinicians.
My background includes client intake coordination, insurance billing and claim submission, payment posting, and claim and billing troubleshooting. I also have experience supporting payroll processes, developing claim tracking systems, and assisting with new staff onboarding. I’m highly familiar with the administrative workflows that keep practices running smoothly and take pride in being detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
I especially enjoy building relationships with clinicians and connecting with clients. Whether that means helping them get scheduled or answering billing and insurance questions with clarity and care.
I was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, and currently live in the same town I grew up in. I recently married my husband, Rich, and we have two children and a dog named Larry. In my free time, I enjoy taking walks with my family and listening to audiobooks and podcasts!
